United StatesThe design was very nice, but I was a little disappointed that the leather was not softer. This is a more conventional, stiff cowhide. I am sure it will become more pliable with use. Substituting the hard bound insert with a soft side version also gave it a better feel. Overall, it is really nice workmanship, and customer service was excellent in their suggestions.
