United StatesI really like this flower barrette. My hair is pretty thick and many barrettes or clips failed on my hair. It is sturdy and really pretty. I liked the slightly around shape as well. I ordered a couple more different designs. I highly recommend Oberon hair accessories.

I have super thick, curly hair and this is perfect – it's big enough that it doesn't get lost in my hair, it is lightweight which is a requirement given the mass of hair I have, and it also holds a surprising amount! I can even use it to hold my ponytail, which I've never been able to do with another! Not to mention the gorgeous metalwork. I feel like a princess. Thank you so much!!

Never again will I bother with wimpy, wussy hair clips that SAY they can handle my thick hair... only to fail. This barrette is not only lovely, but it WORKS. Normally I end up with a barrette that has given up and pops off after straining to go around my very curly locks-- but this one didn't let me down. And as any gal with thicker hair can tell you: normally the "pretty" hair clips are only for thinner strands, but this one doesn't disappoint! I've gotten a ton of compliments, and am more than happy to tell people where I picked up this gem!
