United StatesI have ordered barrettes for myself on two occasions -- and I love them! So this year I gifted my sister and my niece with barrettes of their own and also earrings for my niece. They were very well received and others expressed interest, so it was nice to have the cards that came with these items. Obviously, I still have my eye on more items that I intend to buy in the future!

This barrette is sturdy and well-made, and I anticipate having it for a long time. I have thick straight hair and I would say it can hold 1/3 - 1/2 of my hair. The owl is very detailed and it's a beautiful design.

The quality and beauty of this piece surpassed what I expected...I normally purchase Native American sterling silver pieces, and have a sterling silver feather same size as the owl that I am very fond of and the owl I had become another favorite....simply lovely and it holds my hair in place....thank you for your dedication to quality and beauty....
