Leather Color Disclaimer

We attempt to provide web images of our leather products that closely match their natural colors. However, due to the differing color settings of a multitude of computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will exactly match what you receive. Even if all monitors displayed the same colors, due to the nature of leather tanning processes there are slight differences between loads of leather we receive from the tannery.

Returns

Because we hand make all of our leather products 'To Order' in your specific color, we ask that you choose carefully. We accept returns on manufacturer defects only, unless some misunderstanding has occurred with your order. Again, thanks for choosing carefully.

Shipping

We ship via UPS in the U.S. and USPS Global Express for international destinations. Please view our shopping cart pages for USPS priority mailing options as well.

Oberon Design requires all web customers to create an account. We keep all of your information and will not use it for any other purpose than that of contacting you about your current order.
