I bought my Nook in March of 2010 while I was making a stop in Texas. ( we were living in Alberta, Canada at the time). I bought a cover from B&N, "faux" leather, rather plain. I didn't have time to do much research & was flying back to Canada. My daughter stumbled upon this web site and I FELL IN LOVE IMMEDIATELY!!! Looking through their selection for Nook covers, I stumbled on "the Wild Rose" design. What do you know? It JUST happens to be the provincial flower of Alberta, Canada!! I ordered it in red(of course) and had it sent to my house in Texas. I made another trip back home in May and when I saw this product, I was flabbergasted with the beauty of this product!! Unless, Americans have an opportunity to live in other countries, they can't appreciate the "Made in America" slogan. :( It means EVERYTHING to me! The leather is hand-tooled and sturdy. It holds my Nook securely, yet, the leather is flexible enough to bend back like an actual book cover. I no longer feel "naked" holding my Nook! We moved back to TX. near the end of 2010, and was called for "jury duty". :( I took my Nook w/ red "Wild Rose" cover to have something to read. My cover was quite a conversation magnet. Many asked about it & admired it. I'm very grateful to Oberon Design for turning out such a beautiful, quality product. They put PRIDE back in "Made in America". Thank you! :)

My birthday gift to me, was the Wild Rose Cover in Black, I absolutely love it. Took me a while to decide, it was a toss up between this one and the Paisley in purple. I am happy with my choice. Great quality, it will keep my Nook safe for a very long time.

I also purchased this cover(red) for my mom's birthday. It is absolutely fabulous, she loves it. The amazing pressed design work and the beautiful real leather make this the best Nook cover you could ever want.
