1) Wedge book into left corner pocket of the journal

2) Wiggle top left corner of the book into the top left corner

3) Firmly wiggle front cover till it meets both corners of the journal pocket

4) Turn journal upside down and wiggle the other side, bottom corner first, into side pocket

5) Carefully but firmly wedge top corner of book under pocket

6) Taking your thumbs, position book insert toward pocket corners

7) Further wiggle insert cover toward pocket corners

8) Hold journal firmly against body and pull pocket toward yourself.

9) Close journal and gently tap top and bottom corners
